Is it enough to disable IMMO only in flash? As far as I know IMMO should be disabled in E2P because of dashboard warning message :)

It's not done in flash.

That's specific ECU because it's got XROM which is actually EXTERNAL FLASH :) Nothing was changed in his E2P :(
