Hello,
I have friend with octavia year 1998, there is EDC15V. I want to ask if there is possibility freely exchange the ECU for different number (for example, this one is 038906018bc, but I can't find for sell and can buy 038906012F)

Is that possible?

post bosch ecu numbers.....
038906018bc as I told is ori one, I bought one, but couldn't connect bench via K-line at all, so probably was bad... I am sking because I want to switch for one with possibility of reflash.... Soldering PLCC32 is pain :eviltongue:
