Seat Althea - dashboar swap

Hi,

I need to swap Seat Althea dashboard
original dashboard is complete dead no OBD comunication
spare dashboar I can read write all data by OBD with carprog

I will be grateful if anyone could extract from original dashboard 5P0 920 822 G - VDO eeprom 24C16:
VIN
S/N
PIN
MAC
Status ... i don't know what is this and if need to swap or ?
Config ... can make with vcds
Mileage should be around 345.xxx
so I can put this data in carprog sw and write to spare dashboard

I can read also ECU eeprom if easyer to extract data and then code key with vcds? Or can't be possible to reuse then old key? I presume that when ECU/dash immo is ok will be possible rewrite old keys to donor dash.

also a solution, but don't needed as I managed to extract neded data from old dashboard and transfer to newer dashboard
and work ok
