I have lost the activation information of my UPA-USB Device Programmer-S. Is there a way to install it so I can use the device again?

The best way is to contact erlasoft directly.
I am not sure if you are going to get back feedback on the weekend.
When you bought the programmer you received an email with username and password.
Go to the erlasoft website and log in. Follow the instructions for a new license.
Copy license to the new installed software. You are ready to go.
On the weekend is difficult to get response right away.
So maybe via direct log in works faster than via email…
In general you can use same programmer on few/ many computers…
