Peugeot Partner 2.0 HDI EDC15C2 ONE plug Immo_Off

Hello Dear Members!

My friend has got a Peugeot Partner 2.0HDI car with ECU EDC15C2 one plug. Car is without BSI.
My IMMO-OFF solutions don't work.....key symbol is flashing. I try FLASH modification, but does not work.
I attached the EEPROM file!

Can You help me?
