Never seen this problem Toyota smart key

Hello members,

Prado smart key, proximity working fine, remote functions working, both keys, read dump with tango, both keys recognized, did reset to smart ecu and still nothing, try scanning smart and security, not connecting.
Problem is the button is not responding, mechanic was on site before and told customer the button was the problem and new one was purchased, still nothing with the new one, put smart key on button, nothing, read antenna coil, no signal and no yellow light on dashboard indicating no key or nothing, security light is blinking, all fuses checked.

I read some smart keys could be disable by pushing a button on dashboard, vehicle does not have one.

Questions

Is the button talks directly to smart ecu or another component?
Smart ecu could be the problem?

Big call, very hard and expensive to find parts for that particular vehicle

Read owners manual, quote; if push button not working see dealer, lol

Anyone with a similar problem, could not find a thread on this problem.
