Iveco EDC16c8 problem

I have Iveco Daily 2004 AKL with Aftermarket alarm

The immo box missing so looks like someone done Immo off on the past

the van crank but not start - (with brake cleaner start and cut off) there is fuel before the injectors

So looks like the aftermarket alarm cut some positive or negative cable to the ECU

Can someone confirm on what pins need +12V and on what pins ground to start the engine

I took out the ecu and read the eeprom 95640

can someone confirm if this eeprom is already immo off

and if is not to do immo of

is it possible to check is the file is already immo off?
