Passat b7 mileage correction help

How to make mileage correction on passat b7, can i modify only eeprom in dash or not, car is 2011 2.0 tdi dash is 3AA920870J

I dont have dp or obdstar300x , i use programer xprog, vvdi prog, upa.... and fvdi 2014

Downgrade value .......Only obd 2 !
