SKODA 03p906021K dcm3.7 need cheksum

Hi, have problem with ecu after try to write with Fox obd. Fox (KT200) after try to write says not suported and now ecy dead, no communication.
Then openned and read on table. Got file with damadged front. file atached in zip (2 skoda bdm read delfi NO STARTS)
So I made file from 2 files Obd and bdm , but car didnt starts, looks like problem in chechsum.
My tool didnt calculate cheksum on writing. Please help to calculate chechsum on my atached file ( 3 skoda bdm read delfi corrected )

Does possible that corrupted eprom on writing ?
does only way to restore eprom ODIS online ?

Yes, very possible - corrupted eeprom while obd flashing ecu... strange, i flashed that ecu few days ago with kt200 no problem...
post eeprom here i will see

After obd reading I got message "" cant calculate cheksum,do you want save file"" I saved. And after writing car didnt starts.
Then on bdm after connecting I have only one posibility to read only internal fash. Eprom button not activ.
So I cant read or write eprom ....

Its my second obd killed . First was mercedes, but it was restores on bench
