VW turan 1.4 MED17.5.1 eeprom immo off

Hi guys
I have problem with car vw turan 1.4 MED17.5.1. With pcmflash i tried to read Flash and eeprom. Only i can read Flashh (6,144kb), eeprom completed unsuccessfully (cant read). Maybe i dont know, but i think eeprom is in the flash and I isolated it from flash.
In car i have dtc p0601, i think it is a problem with ecu and checksum, Can someone delete immo in car and calculate checksum ? I dont have program to do this :/

File doesn’t work. Did you calculate checksum or only off immo? I still have dtc p0601. In me 9.5 checksum correcrion repaired ecu, but now i think i need buy new ecu or starter pack
