Not done many Renaults and have been asked about the above car.
Is it the HFM or UCH module dflash data we need to read?

You can't read it on the bench. You can take a risk and read it by obd... You have nothing to lose...

not having any luck with this car at the moment...
managed to get the PIN with Autel (back when it was supported,! with help from gogu), generated dealer key on aftermarket key from Autowave, but when programming and holding up to the start button the key isn't recognised.
Have also tried Obdstar (read DFlash and gives same PIN as Autel) and generated dealer key on another key and again the key isn't recognised.
Then tried with Lonsdor, read DFlash and generated dealer key and again key not recognised.
Have tried 5 different keys and even generated an xhorse superkey but still no luck.

Any pointers please?

I would look for someone with AVDI, I only use AVDI for these cars and never a problem, now you are doing everything in a roundabout way that will ultimately cost a lot of time, energy and money, have you held the key properly against the start button? What I have noticed is that the 7953M chip sometimes does not learn properly with tools other than Abrites, for example Autel, try the NCF chip, it should learn better with the tools you use.

yes, have held the keys on the start button.
all they keys i ordered (from 3d and Autowave) listed them as 4A PCF7953M, however, vvdi mini key tool and avdi show them 4A PCF7945M.
which NCF chip key do you refer to please?

Is the car RHD or LHD? For RHD the coil is located in a different place, on the passenger side. In LHD it is the start button.

They have moved the sensor to just under the air vent near the glove box. Look for a tiny wifi symbol and hold remote there. It appears that Renault have moved the key programming position, instead of holding the key on the stop/start button now you hold it 12 inches to the left. (look for a wifi symbol on dash near glove) and done.

had to put key on wifi like symbol above top right of glove box under the air vent.
Lonsdor and Obdstar both up to the job.

I need to cut a single sided emergency blade ?
