Hello everyone i am looking for some insight on a setup i want to run on my mk4 1.9 tdi alh as i am waiting to order the parts and i got some doubts car atm has asv nozzles stage 1 and stock everything else

target hp is around 180-200 hp range

so far i ordered 0.216 nozzles
plan on renewing the VP pump unless the target would require an 11mm pump head
will my driveshaft handle the torque or should i get something "beefier" if so wich driveshaft would be an upgrade?
the doubt comes with the turbo upgrade i found a good deal on a gt1549vz , should i adapt the 1549vz to the alh with BHW manifold or just got for an arl 1749vb turbo that is almost plug and play , will stock IC hold 1549vz or the 1749vb or that needs an upgrade aswell
should exhaust be upgraded to 2.5" , my current one is decatted and no resonator
The car is gonna be used as a daily car, will this setup be reliable ?Any other setup ideeas are appreciated , preffered with the 0.216 nozzles kept

the target of the build would be 69-72 mg , running 1.6 - 1.7 bar i plan on making the software myself , will that require a mafless tune ?

Any insight is appreciated excuse me if i posted on the wrong subforum.

Later edit: i did post on the wrong subforum and it won't let me delete the post if a mod could move the thread to General Automotive Help and Discussions (https://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/forumdisplay.php/152-General-Automotive-Help-and-Discussions) it would be really appreciated.

11mm head no good way better put a full 107J pump. Turbo from arl its ok for 180 190hp. You need to change maf sensor. IC should be changed, this from stock alh probably blown off when you reach more than 1.3b bar of boost. You can also changę intake manifold for 130/150hp engine. This give you few nm. Maf off is not neęd.

Thank you very much for your insight , i would like to ask you 1 more question since you're more knoledgeable than me , i am gonna go with the 1549vz , bhw exhaust mani , 3 bar map sensor , arl intake mani , arl TIP(turbo intake pipe the metal one) , i kinda want to keep the SMIC and retrofit an audi BRD (2.0 177 or 170 hp iirc) intercooler and 57mm pipes , do you think the SMIC from audi would be able to handle 1.6 bar of boost or am i better going the FMIC route ?

SMIC is a side mounted intercooler (just like the original alh )wanna retrofit the audi one in the original position since i'd have to get a cupra crashbar unless i want to cut mine for fmic to fit or an r32 bumper and i wanna keep it stock looking

Usualy i use fmic. Smic you can buy from tuning shop about 150e. It is much bigger and stronger than ori. Im dont have experiance for this one from audi. Exhoust can be 60mm its enought. Down pipe not required.
