Punto steering wheel troubles

Hy friends !

I have few fiat cars with problems related to electric power steering whel systems..on older cars trouble is mostly two relays on pcb and bad soldering..but today I have grande punto with eror code stering whel angle sensor..I take procedure for initialisation with KTS and MIL goes off ..angle is fine but still when I turning to right side i have filing that is 10-20% harder than turning left..again reading angle via KTS say angle i 0 and it is corect but moment is 3,9Nm ?? any of you guys have some experience with this cars ?
is there any sw for fiat that work on K line and have acess to this systems ?

OK folks...few of you told to replace steering angle sensor,even this sounds reasonable Im still confused with fact that I am able to initailize sensor and reading on diag are corect but even when sensor is in 0 position I still have some small moment reading on diag about 3Nm and actualy motor work..so I will try with new sensor,but not so sure in that...lots of this cars on road and lots of trouble with this systems so I need to start learning about it..Elearn manual ? where to download it?

Hi Avtonega.
What you see in the minitools website is not the angle sensor, it is the torque sensor used in the previous versions of Fiat punto.
Turner, check in the steering column if it uses the torque sensor like avtoneg told you. If so probably you must replace it because it gives a lot of problems and one of the symptoms is the fact you are not able to adjust the angle, another symptom is: you go driving without problems suddenly the light goes on and the steering wheel doesnt work.

Elearn of a Fiat factory system and the torque sensor does not include information concerning the exchange! Exchange as a complete unit!
I have repaired hundreds of pieces, using a machine factory Examiner, but in many cases have found that the installation is to listen to the 0Nm to achieve, because even the machine can not 0nm factory reset.

Hello friends, to calibrate the sensor and angle, and torque sensor, Punto 199 ( Grande Punto ) I use. Brainbee ST-6000! is a diagnosis, which work perfectly. I replaced many sensors, in Grande Punto with new sensor, always turn the wheel! diagnosed fiat Examiner, not true at 0 ? steering! does not work!
I can tell you that white jacket with a sensor, is the same yellow jacket, Punto 188, change the connector. Blue Jacket good for all Ypsilon Panda ... :)
