Drivers are built into the modem.
Try un-installing the modem via Control Panel in Windows.
Then re-insert the modem again. This should setup the device correctly.

The previous thread has the answer!
You can also install Mobile Partner that will also install the required drivers!
DC-Unlocker | download client software unlock support phones modems (http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/Huawei/Not_customised_managers)

You don't say what Windows you are running!
You don't tell use if the device makes a sound when you plug it in?
Does the CDROM emulator get recognised?
Go to Device Manager and look for anything Huawei with a yellow warning next to it and update driver from the new location...
Give more information or we are just grasping at straws here!

Win XP...SP3
Yes,the device makes a sound when I plug it in...and blink green light on USB and Win recognized it like new CD Drive...and maybe after one minute device make sound again and after that I can't find it in my Device Manager?????wtf???
When I plug it in my Huawei is in DVD/CD ROM drives list in Device Manager but there in no yellow warning next to it....I think my USB will soon end up in the trash...

1. Remove the device...
2. Go to Control Panel and use Add or Remove Programs to uninstall Mobile Partner.
3. Reboot PC
4. After reboot wait a good five minutes to make sure everything has stopped "starting up"
5. Insert the modem into the USB Port and wait...
6. It should be seen as a CDROM first
7. Then the dashboard should install
8. Now wait for the modem to reset and for it to load drivers!
On a slow PC it can take five to ten minutes to fully set up!
It's also a good idea to use a different USB port if you can...
