Immo 4 Adaption

I have a Octavia II 2005.

ECU, Dash, Keys are showing immo fault. I have bought matching clock/ecu but no key unfortunately.

I have read pin code off new dash with commander but cannot log in with code as I wanted to adapt.

Is this possible. Using VAG COM 504 to use log in but it says login refused.

Is there a solution?
