What you have to do is have a good good READ through the forum, its closer than you think

7.2 version is the best and easiest to use in my opinion never liked Tecar.

Well, i do have 7.2 as well, but can't operate the VIN. Updates are OK, easy soft, but no VIN for me. I have to enter each time the model, year, engine type, gear box and so on.....:boring:
Heard that only v7.0 does....

Ive got 7.2 and it works with vin
Well my 7.2 doesn't do a VIN search but my 7.0 does. I read somewhere in here you have to pay something like ?10 a month to use the VIN search. But I do find that Seat and Skoda work where they didn't in 7.0 as it through up an Hardlock error 1. ;)

I have etka 7.2 and updates are fine, but vin search on the internet doesn't run. Please if anyone knows how to run vin search please advice. Regards

Only payed Etka vorks with VIN, in some version of etka you can try several times and that's it.

some time i was see in my new etka 7.2 more in list of vw audi vin but after i don`t know where is this list
if u know and have a solution for this pls tell me

Are you referring about VIN numbers overview?
They are usually located in C:\etka\USERDATA\FGST or D:\ drive or where is installed Etka . And you must set the option to store VIN numbers locally in INI editor of each brand .
