what year is the vehicle ? are you sure its a 4c key ?

Thanks CJAWAHIR , I use tmpro to made key , year 2002, got code P1601. I think need immo matching to ecu . I tried 31 mins pin 4 & 13 , but did not start

Hello automatemad i have problem with my toyota duet.the problem is engine cannot start.I have check the spark plug there is no spark on it.I try to check with scanner tools it have fault code the immobilizer problem.I want to disable the immobilizer(immo off).My ecu number is 89560-97495.Do you have the software to immo off this ecu?

Hello can we make the immobilizer off(disable) without original Immo box and transponder.only the engine ecu with the engine that I have,the Immo box and transponder is gone the wiring harness still there.The ecu is M30 89560-97495.Please help someone tell me.

Does the Duet ECU and immo module runs a rolling code?
Does anyone knows about it?
I suspect that because I tried to plug a different immo and key box on a running Duet to test if the key was programmed to the immo, after a few switchings on and off on the ignition, when i plugged the original immo box it did not start anymore. It could switch ignition on, crunk the engine but could not start. Tried diagnostic and was giving a error code related to immobiliser malfunction.
Lucky i had previously read and saved dumps from ecu and immo at same time, so i got the dumps and reloaded back to immo and ecu and it started straight on.
Take care when testing different ecu or immobox. I suggest to save a copy of both eeprom dumps before attempting any test on these cars.

I dont have immo off file for this car. I also tried that with a file from Toyota Cami (Daihatsu Terios) ecu without immobiliser, but it didnt work.
I got the files for ecu L56R (93C56) and for immo box module 93LC66 from a running vehicle (Duet), not sure if that will help you. You may give it a try. You will have to create a 4C transponder for the buffer i got or edit the immo buffer file 96LC66 and alocate your keys file only into it.
Not sure if the files i got are compatible to you ecu, try it. You better save all your data before trying anything.
