how to read and activate aljazeera sport card

hi guys looking from some advice from a member thats already gone though this process
im not looking for info on how to share the card id just like to know how to go about reading it and activating it

i have purchased a 12 month sub from here Digital Satellite Equipment, Al jazeera sport card, Tring plus sport card, DigitalB Viewing Cards - Tunisat, UK (http://www.tunisat.co.uk)

its a viacces 4 jsc card chans 1 to 8
when i put the card in the dreambox it says unknown or no card
im just wondering if anyone has purchased one of these card before and if so what steps did you take to read the card in your dreambox , i have both a 800 and a 500

any advice would be appreciated , not often i get stuck with these things but this time i seem to have hit a brick wall with the lack of info about reading this card

i dont know if this will help but i bought 12month +1 > +8 sub and the card would not update in my tm5400ci+ (the card i had last year worked fine) but my box did recognise that it was inserted, i had to send it back(after doing factory reset installing new firmware etc.) to where i bought it and they updated it for me and it worked fine when i got it back.

Same thing happened me with my Opticum I also had to install new firmware in order to read the Viacess 4 card because before i installed the firmware the message came up "card unknown"

ive got it reading via newcs , yes ccam says unknown or no card

hopefully going to try the updating from peers , dunno fingers crossed
