Thanks for the heads up! Actually, I managed to get my hands on a copy of 7.05. I got the same error with that too. It is like there must be some software I have to install in addition to dddl 7.05 and 7.06. Or possibly, it's that my adapter is unsupported for "write operations." It worked flawlessly to read an ecm. And 6.46 worked great for read and write operations. So it honored the license. This really s*cks.

The only way with dddl is to call dealer and get a backdoor code.Al ddec have them.The other option is to use dct or there is a post on here to find it with a drs.Never tried it because I have dct.Have a great weekend!

There is no password genarator that I know of fo backdoor codes.Detroit has them in thier online mainframe.Easiest way is use dct to look at it or call detroit help line.They have gave us many for free.
