VW Polo 6N 1994 eeprom reading immo

Does anyone know if vagtacho can read the eeprom contents of the immo box or ecu of a polo from 1994?
Ecu: 0261203456/457 (87C510)
Immo box: 1H0953257B / 5WK4590 (68HC05)

I do not have xprog!
I have read fiat iaw16f (68HC11) with a selfmade max232 circuit board in circuit, but I don't know if this can be done with for example the immo box.

Can read it but You need working key. But I am not sure that 1994 has immobilizer.

I also thought a car of this age would not have a real immo, but it does! So, if the keys do not work anymore I can not access the ecu or the immo box?
Are there any other options then xprog?

You can swith immobox with working transponder from scrapyard, and make only synchrnonization
