hey guys i want to repair the dashboard of scenic and i don't know the ref of.....my dashboard damaged and no thing in dashboard no lights.....

In my little experience with French boards have already seen several with the wrong chip (usually branded NEC). In the case of a Xsara had the same problem as yours: not turned on the lights all the LEDs are connected to the micro (micro grounding of its connections, the other goes to positive).

tranzistor is IRF3710S, and need to change smd integrate UC2843B , and a fusible smd 8 Amp

for transistor is original IRF3710S when i open my dashboard i find the same ref which you sent me ..for protect my dashboard i use the ref IRF3710S or another
