Can anyone help me remove the immo on this vehicle, its a Ford Scorpio Ultima 1998

The engine has been fitted into a totally different car (Fiat) as a trackday car. The owner didnt get the other immo parts so it cranks but no injection or spark.
Is it possible? If so how?
