i'm not sure, but your TP logic is strange, try
7d 5f 00 00 80 46 22 49
7d 5f 00 00 80 46 4a 9b

its line 0E0 in Your dump, bytes 01 62 44 92 and 01 62 52 D9

i have a lot of problems with those modules , i read eemprom or mcu ,i have the write key and bikes not starts.

make sure that all pins are clean from flux and try to start the bike, after that you can use plastic spray to pcb.

if you leave the module outside more than 3 hours in the night without any protection to pcb its destroyed.
