2001 Volvo S80 anyone know how to open module

I am having trouble taking out the PCB.
I took off the bottom panel. (SEE PICTURE)

do not need to open further, on ecu pins you hAve +12V, Gnd and K line, need to short 2 point on this top part of board to give CR16 boot pin to gnd and read CR16 troough K line.
pinout:
pin 55 +12V
pin 31 K line
pin 83 GND

what programmer are you using.? i only have carprog with K-Line.

do you have full carprog? or do you have CR16 software option?

if you do that will do it....that picture credoline posted above is from carprog CR16 instruction manual but is for a different module (0 285 001 456)

that is just to read CR16 MCU....I was talking about CR16 airbag software S5.6.
If you dont have S5.6 then i guess you can use what you have there in the pic but you need to get that board out to get acces to the MCU and read/edit the dump manualy

ok guys i need some info.
i don't work on european cars, so i don't know where to start.
the 01 Volvo S80 module i fix. work great the light turn right off. but one big problem, the car doesnt start when the module is connected. if module is disconnected the car starts right up. what do you guys think is wrong?

The car is in crash mode this is why it`s not starting .
Clear crash data and you solve the problem .

CR16 can be done with XPROG via K-line .

If you can not communicate with the SRS via K-line, then you have to remove the PCBs. You must desolder the four pins of the capacitors. Then you connect the programmer directly to the legs of the processor.
