Hi guys I need to solve a big problem are in many rav4 2001-2003 in my country with a/t problems, so I was intereted about that and there is a problem with software and calibration, so I need to know if I can reflash pcm with the interfase china moongose.

Offcourse, the A/T has a defect from manufacture, the transmition turns mil light, when you diagnose you find some codes related with solenoids, like P0750,P0755,P0758, so this is a problem that the dealer advise to buy another ecu, but its a problem of software and calibration, so I suppose this tool does this job, reflashing pcm with j2534.

you need the org. tool this more good resuilt and the subscr. on toyota techstream web site .
and same TOYOTA ECU no need TIS or reflash .
only install new ecu and with scan tool make reset memory .

The thing is that I want to reuse the ecus because are so expensive, and off course the problem will bw over if you change ecu!

The problems with ECU are hardware related not software so if you can find the faulty components and remove/replace them, you will be alright. There are places here in the states that can fix them ranging from $50 to $250. The software is not the cause and does not need to be changed to repair original concern,
