Bmw e36 climate control unit lcd

Hello i know this is not the right place to post this but i think there is someone working on dashes that can help me find lcd screen for e36 climate control units.
can someone tell me where to buy this part.

It is for this unit (see attached picture)

And is there someone that can tell me how to power this unit up on the bench.

i think that you can reapir this lcd you have to cha nge a capacitor i don remenber weel can it a yellow colour inside

Thanks for your reply i know that repair, but there is a crack in this lcd.
so i need to replace the lcd,i cant find them on the junkyard anymore, probapply to old.
