i have accidentley formated the wrong harddrive losing all my data
i have tryed various recovry tools and the best 1 for the job is recovermyfiles.com
basicly im looking for a serial/key for this program version 4.7.2.1197

Just a suggestion, have you tried Recuva? It has a setting in the options for accidental formats & is free. Has saved my backside more times than i can count.
I'll have a look to see if i can find what your looking for, but whatever tool you use, make sure you save recovered files on a different drive, or you may end up with a whole load of broken, unrecoverable files.

i have tryed recuva didnt get on with it to well only fond 3gb of 140gb info i had
using diskdigger atm and trying other various recovery programs from hirens 14 but the best result i have had is from recovermyfiles program and u can view everything recoverd b4 saving
really want this program but aint paying $69

Don't they still do a 24 hour licence then, I used it a couple of years back and they done a day licence for $10

Testdisk is excellent and free. as long as you havent overwritten the files it will remap your drive

used recover my files over the last 3 days to recover movie and music and photos from a 2TB external hard drive the kids ~~~~ed up and have to say worked very well

RESULT!!!! got all my pictures back not to worried about the other stuff
dam u recuva it found everything but wouldnt save anything crap program
Diskdigger was the winner here
Wife happpy again now
my balls have been spared :P
