Your smartbox has no communication with main unit.You need to check your smartbox channel

Smartbox may have problem.Pls offer us your steps how to use it,that will be better to check its real problem.Video will be bette,dear.

What did you do it?Put the display program directly to the card or use updte TOOL to update it the card?
It won't work if you just put it in without update
