Ecutool is annoying last period, they sent wrong and defect parts, they let me wait 2 weeks and after my email they say sorry products are not on stock etc.. I expected to recieved it already! Helpdesk doesn't help. I don't expect miracles from cheap products but for me it is too much this time.

Some customers also had the same online shopping experience as you had, sometimes the supplier send their customer the wrong items by mistake, or cant't promise to send out product ASAP for some uncontrollable reason.

I think you want a new,better supplier, I have one here share with you, he is , usually if no special tough questions, usually send out product to the customers in 3-5 working days, with technica support, friendly customer service.....

me too always work with them ... good support even an X431 was damaged i've sent it to him and repaired it ... even sometime they still need 50-100$ from me , and they don't STOP order ... !! it's a question of Trust !

Always buy from Ecutool and never had any problems since 2 years ago.
Very fast and reliable delivery from DHL.
Ordered more than half a dozen of tools and they are reliable and working good.
I believe that you can not make a generic statement from one single mistake.

After last order was around $1800 , 1 the most expensive product didnt work after lengthy paypal dispute where the product was $500 they offered me $80 as settlement.

I also bought a lot from obdfactory but last time they sent me TU cpu boards I ask them twice that it must be ''no sync boards''. They sent me sync boards. So never bought there again. I solved the sync problem myself though. Problem is if something is not ok shipping is very expensive and time consuming to exchange.

well I have dealt with them for years and never had any problem when stuff went missing in post or needed replacing.

I know others who has also problems with ecutool, not one supplier is perfect, I said they are trying to solve my problems, they still haven't yet. And they say that after reading my post on DK. Ecutool even sent my text posted here to my email address. We will see.

I believe that most of known chinese suppliers+manufacturers are watching this Forum carfully, this was really obvious when they solved the problems of the micronas CDC cable , they were solving every problem about this cable after discussing it on DK forum ,now , I think many of them are watching DK carfully , I got some personal e-mails from unknown persons @263.net asking me if I need any help with chinese clones , so I think we are doing a great job by keeping our useful discussions about the new chinese clones cause those chinese suppliers consider our discussions as an important feed back tool for improving thier business ...

as aconclusion of all .. I can say Super vag V2 plus will be also fixed soon until we are mentioning every single bug of it on our respectful forum Digital Kaos :party:

I have buyed from obdfactory for more that 4 years, a few times they send me broken stuffs- vagcom, zed-bull, now broken upa, they write me to send it back to repair even they knew that is broken from the first time i have use it, are there any other way to avoid this shipping? it is a lot of time lost with shipping...
