You might not have to remove any thing only OBD with Ford Tool - Programmer KM / erasing CRASH.

Good investment?????.

Yes, the needles have to be removed, no component ago, and no contacts for connecting a cable SW13!

Hi Dpeter,

This is the dump, 93c56, so that you compare.
Important, with removing the panel, The display flex is the same at the Corsa (2003) 93c56,

the cluster is pretty tight, and dashboard gets marked very easy, so be careful, also you will find it easy if you remove the steering column shroud

needle need to be removed, but the whole job is easy, no real complication

I did the car, guess what? It looked the same like a fiat cluster (doblo etc...), opened it and found a atmel 25C080 with fiat algo. Edit km with fiat script, worked ok, tried afterwards with fiat obd tool (superprog) didn't work. A ford with a fiat VDO cluster lol. No 93C56 this time.

New Ford KA is brother from Fiat 500.

Has anyone tried a 2011 ford ka (fiat 500) by obd.

Tried today using carprog and fiat adaptor it connected eventually after lots of connection error , read mileage, but wouldnt write successfully. Anyone else had problems with this vehicle by obd????

Ive ordered abrites version so going to try that tomorrow.

Fingers crossed

Just read this:

Even take mileage down m8????

Cause carprog says "FIAT 500 only increase odometer"

Usually when one tool says only increase odometer, all tools usually work same way???

just tested it one week ago mate , also tested on peugeot bipper 2011. 100%OK

Ok tried with AVDI it would read mileage but not write either less miles or more.

I contacted carprog support and they said i used wrong adaptor i should of used the volvo ford lead and not the fiat lead like i did.

So i tried carprog again but this time with volvo ford lead, no comms. Thought codecard made carprog??? And if they do why they telling me to use wrong adaptor???

Tried again with fiat lead found it wouldnt write less a value, but it would move mileage forward (tested).

So it seems like codecard website says fiat 500 only increase odometer also applys to new ford ka as suspected.

Im going to send logs to abrites see what they can do, its a mates car. So no rush.
