Are you opening the BSI to read the eeprom for change KM or not?
Are you read this per OBD or eeprom tool on circuit?

When yes tray then to program the big micro with new flash+eeprom.
Somebody tell me this to resolve the earse the eeprom problem, this heppening in some cases from BSI when read over OBD or circuit.
Problem is to find flash + eeprom BSI.

when you desolder epp OK then don?t must have problem with MCU!.

Then maybe tray to resolder all connections and what "newgeniehex" say.

The frend that make this resolve his problems "lost epp" with this method, that he say me to make this.

But i see this very common problem with BSI.

One question, on desolder some BSI have resistors and condensator, are the possibility to remove this with desoldering?

i double checked solder and possible shortcircuits but everything is ok.
This is the 3rd BSI i try to adapt and lost all "memory" after a while, one p307, one C4 and now this p407.
I've verginised some others BSI with 95160 and 95128 that went ok.
This is realy a commun problem of some BSIs ... :hmpf: as frenchs use to call it , boite service inteligent ( inteligent service box ):banghead:

Can you post 2 dumps?

One with all programmed "working car".
One with eeprom lost data.

Give also the mask from the Micro.
