Are you sure that your car had no any problem before?
This files don't damage the ECUs, some can damage the engine, depend of the tuner, but you had the choice to pay for a professional or a free tune file , I can't say anything about the tune file you had been installed, you're free to say anything about, but if you attach your original file and the modified one, then we can judge if it's a problem with your car or whatever, please before accuse us to damage your ECU put the evidences on the table.

PD. your ECU it's just in limp mode for some reason, check the error codes, probably you've a sensor broke or just disconnected, check it that, the ECU need to say something.

Maybe you should not blame free files from forum, since you even don't know how to BDM correctly.

Mates that supply free files do it with all the wish to help others, maybe some file is not "Professionals" but is free.

And blame files based on your OWN mistake is just for laugh.

I have a bigger crank and a smaller kompessor pulley and now I have 10 PSI in the intake manifold from almost 2000 rpm to the red line (measured with mechanical barometer )
I have also installed a wideband O2 sensor to monitor the A/F ratio
The problem is that the A/F ratio is always around 14.5 in the entire rage of the RPMs
I went for ECU tuning with out good results I need a modified (tuned ) map from siemens ecu SIM4LE or the damos in order to check what is more needed


Is it possible to help me or point me to the right direction?

I need help. I modified my car mechanicaly quite alot. I changed exhaust completely from manifold till rear end ( bigger diam ss polished pipe) i modified air intake before filter ( biger diam) ,bigger turbo, egr swapped to ss polished tube, air intake reinforced. And situation is now like this i went for dino test and i gained 12hp but car is over boosts to 2.1bar (cuts power ) there are some faults from air flow meter ( i thing this corresponds to lack of egr - no change in air flow). I need somebody to help me change map to switch off egr an rise boost limit to 2.1 bar and change fuel map so i gain power from chip. I hope that with max boost set 2.1bar, egr off, and fuel map i can easly get 170hp.
I hope somebody can help me with this. I'll be very thankful.

I don't know, you need to find who sold that unit, it is slave for a company, so you need to find the company, then they sell you the remap, there are not very cheap usually.
The easy way I can tell, is asking to Alientech, they should be know which is the company that your device is slave with.
Always you can buy a clone of any tool and then you will be free to choice the supplier or mapper to do your maps.

hello everyone
please help me with a remap problem.i have a vw passat 1.6 petrol year 2003 102bhp.ecu siemens simos 3.4
someone (a fred) has make a remap for me but i`am not satified about the throttle response after remap.i will post my original map and the remapped file.

before remap (with origial map) i have noticed:
-if i disconnect MAF the car have a better response of throttle but for short time, probably until the ECU correct AF ratio.(my MAF has builin the air temperature sensor and if i disconnect the maf automatically airtemp sensor disconnects)

i wish my car have always the throttle response as have with maf/intake airtemp disconnected
