Read all the manuals on Internet should helps and some Damos make the job easier.
You need time, winols it's not made for beginners, so you would need to study it for a few months, it's no ready to use into a couple if weeks.
Nobody born learned, so you're not stupid, just need time, it's quite bored to learn, so take it easy.

That Driver have a few maps, the whole inyection maps and torque limiter, it's true have not turbo maps, I don't know why, I will ask to Alientech to see why.

You want to learn on tester cars - it's normal that you do it for test only for the knowledge and experience but god damn first learn some basics. Some of this people can't even compare maps so make sure mod is just correct - it doesn't have to be even good or great :)

I second that. I am new to this and I try to learn. After I went through the "vagecumap" website tutorial, I recon, the best way to learn is to look at existing maps.

The password it's to be sure than the file wouldn't be resell on eBay for example, this happened before, so if you want the file, just ask for the password by PM.
Another thing it's not good idea try to learn with this files, some have not enough quality or simply any mapper do it in different way.
I try to mean, will be better open a new thread for learn and there we can share files for everybody.
I did some files here with no password and after few weeks I shaw my file to sell on eBay. You can imagine I was very up set about it, I pay my licenses to make files.
The remap world it's not 1,2,3 it's all I can tell you.
This message it's not personal for you, it's for everyone that thinks like that.

I understand you, you want to learn but the problem still there, we have many mugs between us than sell the files.
The price of my file that I shaw on eBay was ?60 about 70?, and the file was signed by me, that's why I know this.
Anyway the most common people it's not like that, so in the future I'll try don't forget your words and try to post files with no password and if I do with password don't hesitate to ask for the password.

Please don't confuse the people, the turbo limiter don't need to be modified in this case, you should need to know that.

Too much rise in the torque limiter, shouldn't past 20%
overboost, check it, and rise a little bit more the turbo boost
and another map that I can't remember, I'll let you know, now I've not time.
Have a look those maps yourself first.

So kids...here is a golf mkIII 2.0L 16v ABF ECU to work on...its a seimens ECU, but when i diagnose it it says its a Digifant 3.2. Lets give it more torque and power, also lets remove the rev limiter... :-D

Be yourself your guinea pig in your car like we all did sometime ago while learning and don't risk other person's engines.

This thread is not for learning/betatesting but for help others get a free remap that at least will not ruin thir cars.

If there it's something wrong just people can tell you, don't be scared about it, everybody here learn something everyday.
We are trying to stop the password protected files to help the community have better files.

We are not in the university, so here it's no question to have a 10 or a 0.
I'm sure you did the best on the file, so probably the file it's okay( don't listen people that says there is only one way to do a remap and that it's them way )

Sorry Meat-Head, but before you are posting what I do on dk you can see I am here from 1 March 2014, I have 206 post till now, and I ask for help only 1 time, only 1 thread for helping me, all other post is helping other users, every day I am on digital kaos minimum 3hours r, you can see my profile if I say something wrong just tell me.
There is people who are on dk from 2009 and they use digital kaos only when theydamage something, and aksing here for help, sorry but I only tell truth. regards.
