Yes, the EGR will stay closed, and the idle rpm must are 850 instead of 800.
Glow time is extended up to 20, instead of 4 degrees in original...
All for good.

Hi. Can someone tune my file for as much power/torque as possible.

Vauxhall Astra 1.7 DTi 75bhp standard.

Mods I have done are... Ported and polished manifold, turbo inlet has been polished, also all areas in exhaust/turbine housing have been ported and polished. Full egr delete kit, decat and centre box delete, maf and inlet relocated directly on turbo and gsi intercooler.

I'd like as much power/torque as possible and egr off p0400 dtc off.

Tell me what power/torque should be when done.

I need a little more power, no smoke, egr off(if this is possible), and eliminating the maf sensor(if you thing that this will be good-i dont have problems with it, tested in vcds many times). And can i hear the sound of the turbo blowing off?

Thanks for your quick reply.

The problem is, the vehicle itself is in order.

All C5 2.2 hdi are very sluggish, at start and tough top.
Even when the cars came out new and were tested by magazines was exactly the fault.


But you're right, if i read through my text it can come over for another person so as if the car is technically not in order.


I had years ago a C5 Limosine with manual gearbox and the same engine, which was sluggish, but by the clutch one could help something.


The vehicle is now a C5 estate car / station wagon with automatic, which almost 2 tons want to be moved ;-)


I have unfortunately only one article of auto-motor-sport in german language, only to show you one that the car is really sluggish.

Hi guys - i looking and can't find full software 1037395393 for Peugeot 407 - 1,6hdi 109HP - this software was in CPU with FAP OFF

now i have back FAP in a CAR so i need and looking full orginal SOftware no 1037395393 ......... i found this

if you can to do that with your good checksum and original size 2Mb to write to CPU by Galletto

now i used i this cpu 0281013332 software 1037386144 with FAP on - working correct but in this soft are bads injection corrects on first and second cylinder - it was repaired in soft 1037395393 ......

Hi, this are two original files for engine AFN on Seat Ibiza and Seat Toledo, and also a Mod Seat Toledo.
Could be done other remap on Seat Toledo but Stage 2 (bigger injectors 0.216, bigger turbo, Sdi AGP camshaft)

Im beware you about some free crap put into that car. On good way will not change nothing (many protection and limiter on this one).
On non optimistic situation you will be change pistons after some time its powerfull engine and bad tune can make much more problem like on older one.

I am looking at doing some fine tuning on my E36 M3 (MS S50) however im struggling to find a good XDF with ignition maps for timing and VANOS.
My current map is alpha N and i am trying to get it as aggressive as possible for maximum torque and HP

does anyone have any experience with these cars and what a good tune for power and torque would be? i am happy to run slightly lean ( around 12.9-13.1 AFR) as always use 98+ RON fuel.

helow , i own a bmw e36 , 325i , ear 1993 , with bosch ecu , and i have changed the engine (M52B25 SIMPLE VANOS ) and the gearbox with the same ENGINE but 2000 cc (M52B20 SIMPLE VANOS) , i have left on the m52b20 engine the injectors , i have left the 2.5cc original exoust , and the intake manifold i dont remember witch one i have monted i think they are the same. Becouse i have left all the old electronics and ecu from the 2500cc the new 2000cc is burning a lot of gas and its going know where , can you help me and remap the ecu in this situation ?

I have been looking for a while, managed to do it on me7 using cruise control stalk but this ECU is a beast, info seems thin on the ground except here on DK!
Also if you can pull the SKC code from just the ECU Flash you're a legend :)
