Hi all,
I bought the car with removed DPF and EGR. Is the DPF switched off correctly, because sometimes i have loss of power after 2000 rpm and sometimes it pulls like a beast. No errors, no smoke (black, blue or white), good MPG. No smoke even at WOT. Everything is ok except the acceleration. Turbo+actuator, MAF, MAP, changed. When flashed original software with WinKFP everything was fine until first regen and EGR error.
With two modified files car still increases Ash and sooth and regen is in requested state. After deleting them with ISTA/D they start to increase again. Backpressure sensor is connected and reads 0 all the time. MAF adaptations are 0/0 for idle and load and no change from the time when i deleted them - 15 000 km.

Stage 2 Turbo Upgrade !! Actuator help needed on 2014 VW Polo 6R 1.6tdi cr

I have changed original Turbo KKK BV39 to Garrett GTC1549VZ Turbo and Vacuum actuator from gtc1238vz

map file is already stage 2 with egr dpf off

I searched on forums and found out that
The actuator in garrett works other way then KKK.
To be specific actuator return signal is opposite.

The only error that i'm getting is

P256300 Turbocharger boost control position sensor circuit; range/performance

On average, gains of up to 20-30% of power and 20% of torque are safe. It is possible to make more power, but it will probably pay off with more consumption of the car
