Audi A8 - immo off solution needed

Hi guys, I need help.
I have old Motronic M5.4 (HW 0261203610) from Audi A8 4.2 V8 32V 299PS, and I need to totally disable immo because that engine is swapped into Audi 80. I found info about immo in 24C02, but in M5.4.1, not M5.4. My ECU looks like hasn't any EEPROM inside.
Could anybody help me?
