1.4 ECU magneti marelli - Immo off

I have a problem with immo off the car Fabia 1.4 year 2002 .. Magneti Marelli IAW4MV.CB 036906034CB, 95080 memory ... There is a dump, can someone this off?

Car start for 2 seconds and go off.
