I do not understand your problem, m8 ! It`s a simple SPI flash made by ST microelectronics M95320 equivalence AT 25320 ( ATMEL make ).
Willem reads those flashes without problems.

So maybe i don`t understand you well ?

i use SOIC8 (with socket 150mil) to DIP8 Adapter but willem cannot read the chip. What i want to know is, what adapter i must use to read , erase and write it.

Try use Willem 0.98d11 software, i read tenths of that type of flash. No problem after you find a good software version. No works with 097ja or 098xh1.
