I found NEC MCU 760137CFK in Honda Civic Dashboard.

Do you know how can I read it ??

mmmm, I don?t see 760137CFK in the UPA device list (see attach), also I checked etl web site and the mcu is not listed

It's uPD780973 m8...
Here's connection for UPA. Read on board, lift red pins.
