Take into account the possibility to use emu, because your ecu is making immo on after the first start. Maybe you cut the wrong immo lime ? Verify this first but prepare am emu to mount to your car.
Fenix 3 did you say ? I`ll verify for you which is the correct immo line.

Fenix 3B = 35 pin connector, immo line 10 for 1.8 engine, immo line 25 for 2.0 engine, line 29 for 1.4 engine

Fenix 5 = 55 pin connector, immo line 37 for 1.4 and 1.6 engine, immo line 35 for 1.8 and 2.0 engine

Are you sure isn`t a Safir2 or MM IAW , both ecus with 35 pins connector ?

You have to find alone an answer to that question, i don`t know what file did you use. If i were you i would use reno immo hand device - that electronic decoding tool, only connect ecu to it and in a few hours your ecu is as virgin as new ! No need even to open the ecu case, it virginise your ecu while you can have 1-2 beers waiting to finish working that tool. That`s how i proceed with those old ecus, Fenix, Safir, with reno hand device ( you find schems here on dk )

It is obvious you must use emu, maybe you missed connections for your emu or emu does not work correctly. Car start first time cause ecu is virgin, no code learnt, the second time it won`t start cause it passes to protected mode because no code learnt. After the first start ecu must learn a code - from the emu e.g. - and will start always fron now on.
Verify carefully emu, connections to ecu and as a last resort try to write protect flash ( i don`t know how to do that ).
Must solve this with emu, try harder to make it work .
