I need correct dump for this Fiat's dashboard, after changing km with Fiat KM tool now display show 0km. Car is with petrol engine and without engine speedometter

Try disconnect battery

Try again , it happened to me once with Carprog , I corrected again and all was ok.

Disconnect battery and try again with new milleage, this is not so strange with this tool.
