Cummins CD Sercurity

Dear All,

Does anybody have this problem with document Cummins?
I have a document CD, is supplied by Cummins.
But I can not copy or print, only view the document.

I use the software to copy this protect CD, but I can not open it.

Does anybody help me this problem?

I think more simply to download this billuten from QSOL
or make image of CD with Alcohol 120 or Daemon Tools and upload it here. i will try to unpack it

If it is a CD ROM that came in a service manual you need a program called unhexalock to get the PDF from the CD ROM

I can create the Image. But I can not open

You can use hexalock. I've unlocked them before.

Download Hexalock.
hexalock - Page 2 - Club MyCE (http://club.cdfreaks.com/f80/hexalock-204559/index2.html)
rename the hexalock file to the same as the file type you want to decrypt, for a Cummins service manual, rename to acrobat.exe.
Open the manual in the CD ROM this gets the file open and unencrypted, if acrobat is not running open acrobat as well then run the Hexaloxk program, follow the instructions on the screen.

try this:
1/download attached archive
2. run manual from CD with clikhere
3. run acrobat.exe from archive
4. choose the save directory
4. open the pdf file

You can only do this from the original CD ROM, the security prevents the copying and creating a CD ISO image.

Hi,

Trying to unencrypt a Cummins cd-rom PDF file.
I have the original cd-rom.
But the 'clickhere.exe' program located on this cd rom supposed to unencrypt the PDF fails on Win 10, 11, Server 2012.
I am stuck because I don't have a pc with Win XP SP3.

I have tried Unhexalock Rev. 3 posted by zds but it fails.
I read somewhere else that Unhexalock Rev. 2 should be able to unencrypt the PDF file in my case.
Would someone know where I could find Unhexalock Rev. 2?
Or could suggest another solution?

I'm trying to get two pdf files off my cummins cd to put on my phone but unhexalock is not working. the copied files from unhexalock wont open. only the original on the cd work

Any one have another fix?
