BOSCH 30393.

I have no indide the mcu Micronas.
I have read 24c08 but in some micro is more information.

Copying 24C08 from one dash to another will not work on Bosch RB4/RB8 dash.. This is due to unique crypto mask stored in the processor.

What is wrong with the old dash?

Noo,u need vag dash can to swap the dash,the super vag can 2.0 dont save files,the vag dash can make swap dash and u can make the new one to function on car.!

U need full flash and eeprom from old dash to new,maybe x prog can reed but no full flash,but u can exchange the procesor and eeprom from old to new if its the same type of dash,and all will worck ok,if u dont have tools to swap dash.

I'm also talking about genuine 5.17.
Vagdashcan is not able to clone/learn rb8 immo4c instrument clusters.

This tool can can calculate pin/login (but it's useless) and change mileage but nothing concerning immobilizer!

I help this guy and want to save his money spending for a crapy tool which CANNOT handle RB8 Immo4c.

Sorry mate, but u r talking bullsh**.
VagDashCan is able to handle RB4 Immo3 but NO RB4/RB8 with Immo4c!!! Indeed you can copy the immo data but ONLY on WFS3, NOT on WFS4c because this crapy tool is not able to read/decode the relevant data.

If you don't believe me, try it on your own and search within DK and other forums.

But another time:
VagDashCan can't handle CS and MAC from Immo4c :-)
Not the genuine one nor the chinese one.
You'll need other tools (like Dejavu, AVDI...) Search within this forum and read the postings :-)

If you're nearby located, I can do that job - totally free - for you -> without VagDashCan :-)

I ghive him a low operation,transfering the mc and eeprom to one dash to second,its the very low cost and can be done quiqli:)less then this operation i dont know,but if u read all mi post u see this too,but u jus speack abouth vagdash and rate your post,nothing more!!

I don't wanna argue with you, but you wrote in your post #12 that VagDash can do this job. And this is not true!

Transferring microprocessor and eeprom from Dash #1 to Dash #2 is working - of course - because also the flash crypto mask (which is stored in the microprocessor) is transferred.

I've tried to change old eprom board to again, but without results.
the micro is not what is.
no micronas inside.
I am thinking of buying Magic Dash CAN X-can genuine to perform this job.
950euros+200euros licence bosch for rb4-rb8.
are saying ?
you know some other solution for this job ?
