VIVARO 2.0 cdti 2011 km change

Hi.
Is it true that in Vivaro 2.0 CDTI millage must be change by programming memory in dash?
Is it possible to change it via OBD?
Second thing is, millage in ECU. ECU remember millage too?
How change it?

Yes it have in ecu.. Dash have epron you must open..
If ecu are EDC16 you can do OBD (enigma can do it)

I Have not Enigma :D
Only Galetto, BDM, Xprog-m etc...
Galetto should read and write this ECU?
What about ABS? I read that it have milage stroed too. Is it true?
Is tech2 necesaary to complete change milage?
