Spare key Peugeot 406

I read BSI c66 and try to made spare key with zedbull but is not working ... also i try to copy first transponder with key maker on T5 and is not working . What other i can do ???

This car has ID45 chip.
It cannot be copied with T5!!! Can be copied with Precoded99, Precoded ZedBull or other type from JMA (don't know for sure which).
To make a transponder with Zed-Bull you must use PCF7935.

just program on car with pin, put a blank pcf7935 preloaded as id45,
