Peugeot 206 pin from vin or dump

Hi can anybody help me with the code on a Peugeot 206 with VIN 8AD2AKFWF47588795 and a 95160 chip in BSI (siemens).I tried to get pin from dump but could not maybe my program not good for that

But you need to read it reverser as pin is 8J81
