BMW E60 525d Cas3+ ISN

I try to readout Cas3+ 0L15Y with my Xprog-m clone. This did not work. I installed the CAS again, engine starts two times. Then never again.

I read out Cas with R270 Programmer. There was no ISN Code saved.

Can someone correct my Cas3+ Data or give me the ISN from ECU?

Checksum doesn't work. I can't read out Cas with INPA. Only with Tool32 I be able to access the cas. The Password is crypted, because CAS run in SOPT Mode, I think so.

Error in DME is always "EWS manipulation". When I unlock the CAS, the Error in DME is deleted.

How can I clear DME-CAS password in DME, to sync DME and CAS.

So the chk for this is 00 + 00 + BF + 04 = C3, FF-C3=3C
Negative counterpart if 00 00?

So reading with BDM not going to help i think ???

Flash is fgtech v54 read. Bdm Won't read it �� Then i have to desolder and read eeprom from "New" ecu. Can i use isn from that to adapt to car with inpa tool?

Yesterday i fixed the old ecu and tuned it. Car ran nice. Today it wont start? I see in eeprom sw number ends with 332 but flash ends with 882. Does it crash with cas? Do i need to resync cas and ecu?

same story day after day. Today i flashed modded flash and ori eeprom to new ecu. Car runs nice. If car dont start tommorrow im convinced that problem is in the flash. VIN?
