I've seen this talked about before have you Google it?
They say just remove the files of the SD card and download the new version and install it.
Looking at that sysCheck you haven't install much.
Download d2x v8.0 final wad pack (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/downloads/wii/16/d2x-v8-final-wad-pack-2048/) and install them with Multi-Mod-Manager (MMM) v13.4 (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/downloads/wii/16/multi-mod-manager-mmm-v13-4-2691)
While you're downloading download PriiLoader 0.7 (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/downloads/wii/16/priiloader-v0-7-1603/) and install that. You have talked about uninstalling PriiLoader in your other thread.
If you want to remove the other stubs shown in the sysCheck download my wad pack (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/downloads/wii/16/ios11_ios20_ios30_ios40_ios50_ios52_ios60_ios70_io-2303/) and add them to the wad folder on the SD card and install them with MMM.

Thanks Keithuk (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/members/197566-keithuk/) !
Yes, I have searched google for days, but I did not find it.
You said "remove the files of the SD card and download the new version.". If I'm not wrong so my Letter Bomb, DOP-Mii v16, IOS236_Installer_v6, cIOSX_rev21-Install, USB LoaderGX is new version, doesn't it??. If not then what is old??
Do you think I should just install "D2X v8.0 final wad pack" without changing anything on my current softmod, right ??
Do you think I should remove all stubs or only some of them ??.
I'm totally new with softmod and in here, you know.

It should have put apps\usbloader_gx folder and may be a config folder on the root thats were it stores all settings and game pictures. Delete them both and dowload the
USBLoader_GX_V3_0_AllinOnePackage_IOS249.zip and add it to the SD card.
usbloader-gui - USB Loader GX: GUI for Waninkoko?s USB Loader (based on libwiigui) - Google Project Hosting (http://code.google.com/p/usbloader-gui/)
You need to install D2X v8.0 final wad pack as that is needed for the new USB Loader GX.
Google USB Loader GX "Exception (DSI) occurred" (http://www.google.co.uk/#hl=en&tbo=d&output=search&sclient=psy-ab&q=USB+Loader+GX+%22Exception+(DSI)+occurred%22&oq=USB+Loader+GX+%22Exception+(DSI)+occurred%22&gs_l=hp.3..0i10i30j0i30l3.2309.6692.0.9438.3.3.0.0 .0.0.437.843.0j1j1j0j1.3.0.les%3B..0.0...1c.1.UqYi QwATM6Q&pbx=1&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.&bvm=bv.1357700187,d.d2k&fp=c409455af118ddbd&biw=1382&bih=685) you have to spell it correctly.

Hi Keithuk!
I found the Custom IOS Uninstaller (http://filetrip.net/wii-downloads/tools-utilities/download-custom-ios-uninstaller-1-f2588.html)v1.0 (http://filetrip.net/wii-downloads/tools-utilities/download-custom-ios-uninstaller-1-f2588.html). Is it good to use??

You shouldn't need any uninstaller just install all 7 wads in D2X v8.0 final wad pack.

Hi Keithuk!
I try to use "System Menu Hacks" but it says not found "hacks_hash.ini ". In priiloaderv0.7 plus hacks.rar, it has only hacks.ini. What can I do ??
Keithuk
12th January, 2013, 03:47 PM
Thats something that missing in the PriiLoader 0.7 download and it isn't in priiloaderv0.7 plus hacks either as you say. I've added hacks_hash.ini in my PriiLoader_0.7_with_ini_files (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/downloads/wii/16/priiloader_0-7_with_ini_files-2263/) if you want to extract that ini file and you can add it to the SD card root and the priiloader folder then both options are covered.

There are still a few things missing from the IOS's. Download Full Cios wad pack (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/downloads/wii/16/full-cios-wad-pack-1949/) that will install 202, 222, 223 and 224 don't bother with the d2x v8.0 as you've already installed those.
As for the drive not being recognised what size drive are you using and is it a mains powered USB drive? There are threads on here http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f16/usb-loader-cant-find-hd-253429/ have a read.

Welcome to DK.
I am getting the same error, and it is looking for the HDD too. But I cannot download the file since it says that I don't have access to that file.
I don't see much wrong with your sysCheck only Full cios wad pack (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/downloads/wii/16/full-cios-wad-pack-1949/) is missing wads 202, 222, 223 and 224.
Well the second picture you've shown USB device not found switching to channel list mode. Means it can't find the HDD plugged in. That normally means its formatted wrong, its an incopmpatible HDD or you've added the games onto the drive incorrectly.
Now you've made you first post you should be able to download files in that section.

Keithuk (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/members/197566-keithuk/) help me. Please.
When I play the original game disc from the disc channel on the Wii menu, I get the error message like this:
http://img132.imageshack.us/img132/7940/error002.jpg
But I play the disc through USBLoaderGX, it goes well. Do you have any good idea??
I never got that kind of the message with the same game disk before I softmode my Wii.

I've heard of this wii error #002 talked about if you Google it. Do you know something I've missed a few wads of your sysCheck that I've only just seen 202, 222, 223 and 224. Like I said to dlhilario yesterday.

I was probably looking at the total stub count. Try these wads first. That won't make the total stub count to 0.
In USB Loader GX settings there is an option to turn the Error 002 Fix you can turn ON/OFF make sure its ON. There are loads of video's on YouTube about this error.

You misunderstand. I have trouble only when I play directly from the disc with the Wii's disc channel on Wii System Menu

I understood what you said you only get this error when you play original game disc from the disc channel. The games on the HDD play ok. Have you installed the missing wads I said you needed?
Is the USB Loader GX settings option to turn the Error 002 Fix turned ON?

Well I don't know what to say if you've installed 202, 222, 223 and 224 wads your sysCheck is going to the the same as mine and my system doesn't show that error if I play a genuine disc.

Hi all.
I had this error pop up the other day when my son tried to play a game. I have no idea why it suddenly happened, but I'm guessing they did something to screw with it. Since my HBC was very out of date and USBLoader was still version 1.0, I started trying to upgrade everything.
I got d2x v8 and installed everything in it, but USBLoader was failing to run (it would drop back to the Wii channel screen). When trying to run from HBC, USBLoader would complain about missing/stubbed cIOSes.
I got all of the wads listed on page one of this thread (the full cios pack, the "my wad pack", etc.). I put MMM that came with the full cios pack along with the wads on the sdcard and installed them all.
I then got a fresh copy of the USBLoader_GX_V3_0_AllinOnePackage_IOS249.zip and installed that on the sdcard. I erased the old forwarded channel and re-installed the forwarder.
Now, USBLoader runs from HBC, but drops back to the Wii home screen when I try to run the forwarder channel.
The only thing I notice in syscheck output is that I don't have an IOS236 -- is that the problem?

Welcome to DK.
Homebrew isn't out of date its 1.1.0 the same as mine.
I don't know who's softmod tutorial you followed but there is one IOS missing totally IOS236 I don't know how any game attempts to run.
There are a few IOS's that need updating. The easiest way is download ModMii6.2.7 (http://code.google.com/p/modmii/downloads/list) and run it from Windows. On the main menu type in SU and type in the location of the sysCheck.csv from the sysCheck. Its easier to put this on the root of a drive as it saves typo's.
That will download all wads and apps that are missing into a COPY_TO_SD sub folder. Add all files and folders to your SD card and run Homebrew with the SD card inserted.
First of run IOS236 Installer v5 Mod and install IOS36 as IOS236, you must do this before you install any other wads. Come back out and run Multi-Mod-Manager and select WAD Manager this will default to the wad folder install all wads in there, read the instructions at the bottom for which buttons to press. Install the other wads that ModMii gave you, watch for the Installed OK message after each one. If any don't install just try them again.
If you want to remove IOS16 Stub then install my cIOS16-v257 (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f16/usb-loader-gx-requires-least-cios-222-245-250-a-309859/#post1807800) that won't improve anything only remove that Stub.
You will find that the Shopping Channel won't work anymore it will say you need to do a system update but don't bother just download and add RVL-Shopping-21.wad to the wad folder and install it with MMM. RVL-Shopping-21 (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/downloads/wii/16/rvl-shopping-21-2445/)
Then post a new sysCheck.

Thanks, Keithuk!
I knew 236 was missing, but didn't know why. I originally modded this thing a few years ago and haven't done much with it since except rip games to the HDD and happily use USBLoader.
I think what happened is that one of the kids put a game in the drive, and the "system update" popped up, so they selected it but cancelled. That screwed some stuff up.
I was trying to fix it myself coping files to the SD card instead of installing and using ModMii, but I'm now a convert. That was really easy!
Here's the updated syscheck, which now reflects a fully working system with the latest USBLoader forwarder:

Strange thing happened to mine today. I updated WiiFlow from 2.2 to 4.2 to try it out. I played a game no problem but when I exited it should go back to WiiFlow but it didn't if showed the same screen as the picture Exception (DSI) occurred. It counts down reloading in XX seconds but it doesn't reload anything I had to turn it off to reset it. I didn't like 4.2 so I put 2.2 back and things exit as they should. I've never had this error before.

Hi everybody,
Hope you can help me. I've been trying to get a Wii modded correctly for weeks now.
Already tried various SD cards and 2 different harddrives that work on another Wii. I can't seem to find out what's going on.
It used to work perfectly with USB Loader GX, then somebody messed things up and now i can't seem to get the USB to work anymore.
USB Loader GX and Configurable Usb Loader will not recogize any hard drive. WiiFlow will recognize it, but trying to start a game ends up in a DSI error.

There doesn't look anything seriously wrong with that sysCheck apart from IOS16 but thats no big deal.
Well if WiiFlow shows the Exception (DSI) occurred like me then you need to put back an older version like 2.2 as I found out a couple of days ago.
If your using the latest USB Loader GX 3.0 there shouldn't be a problem. CFG USB Loader should be v70 on its own not 222 or additional numbers.

Thank you for your quick reply Keith. Would it make any difference if i repaired IOS16? Perhaps i could use PimpMyWii for that.
I think i downloaded the latest version of CFG USB, but i will make sure to check that again. Where can i find an old version of WiiFlow?
Thanks again for your support.

As I said installed IOS16 won't really help your problem but if you want to remove the Stub then download cIOS16-v257 (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f16/usb-loader-gx-requires-least-cios-222-245-250-a-309859/#post1807800) and add that wad to the wad folder on the SD card and install it with Multi-Mod-Manager (MMM) v13.4.
Now because the older WiiFlow 2.2 isn't available to download I've now added it in the Wii Dowloads section WiiFlow2.2-249 (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/downloads/wii/16/wiiflow2-2-249-2810). If your having problems when you exit WiiFlow with the Exception (DSI) occurred error then add this older version to the SD card and try it.

No luck yet. WiiFlow 2 will pop up with the picture to insert a USB harddisk in the slot.
I've also updated PriiLoader, but that didn't do much good either.
I'm now trying to reinstall system menu 4.1 and perhaps reinstall the whole bunch of IOS wads.
Is there a way to start all over again and could that actually help?
Keithuk
10th October, 2013, 10:12 PM
Well the ideal way to get it close to the original 4.1 is to use the NAND restore thats if you did a NAND backup when it was softmodded, thats doubtful.
The other this is uninstall PriiLoader or disable online updates and let it update to 4.3 then resoftmod correctly with LetterBomb (http://hackmii.com/2011/08/letterbomb), personnally I would use this option.

I don't see much wrong with that old sysCheck only you have d2x-v7final install. Download d2x v8 Final wad pack (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/downloads/wii/16/d2x-v8-final-wad-pack-2048/) and put these in the wad folder on the SD card, install all 7 wads.
That's an old sysCheck v2.1.0b11 try sysCheck19 (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/downloads/wii/16/syscheckb19-2442/)
As this drive ever work and is it compatible?

You have IOS's that are Stub the main ones being IOS249 which are used for external drives. You do have IOS36 and IOS236 that's all but you need to reduce that 9 down to 4 or 5.
Download ModMii6.3.1 (http://code.google.com/p/modmii/downloads/list) and run ModMii.exe from Windows. Use the SU option from the main menu and find the location of the sysCheck.csv from the sysCheck which is on the root of the SD card. That will download all missing wads and apps to COPY_TO_SD sub folder just add all files and folders to the SD card.
ModMii only installed 2 d2x v8.0 wads download d2x v8 Final wad pack (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/downloads/wii/16/d2x-v8-final-wad-pack-2048/) and put these in the wad folder on the SD card, install all 7 wads when you install the other wads.
Put the SD card back in the Wii and run Homebrew. You already have IOS236 but it won't hurt to install it again. Run IOS236 Installer v5 Mod first before you install any other wads. Multi Mod Manager (MMM) should be the first app listed select it and load it. Once running scroll down to WAD Manager and press 'A' that will default to all wads in the wad folder. If you want to install all wads shown just press 1 that will list all wads you want to install press 'A' again to install them all.
Watch for the Installed OK message after each one. If any don't say that message make a note of the wad name and back out. Scroll down to the wad that didn't install and press the + button the put a green + next to it then press 'A' to see that wads name listed then press 'A' to install again.
You have 4.3 then the Shopping Channel may not work. If it doesn't without doing another system update don't bother just install my RVL-Shopping-21 (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/downloads/wii/16/rvl-shopping-21-2445/)
Do another sysCheck to make sure everything installed correctly and post that.
Then you just have a to find a compatible mains powered USB hard drive to add your games onto and download USB Loader GX 3.0 to run them.

Ok. So, I copied the "d2x wad pack" in the COPY_TO_SD wad folder, replacing the 2 d2x v8 wads. And then, all those files and folders to the SD. Now, these, are ready to be installed through the WAD Manager, right?
But first, you suggested reinstalling the IOS236.
Put the SD card back in the Wii and run Homebrew. You already have IOS236 but it won't hurt to install it again. Run IOS236 Installer v5 Mod first before you install any other wads.
The problem is that there's no " IOS236 Installer v5 Mod" in the Hombrew.
So, I downloaded it from here (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/downloads/wii/16/ios236-v5-mod-2573/), extracted the zip at the SD root (as written in the downlad page's info) and put the SD back to wii.
The Installer did not appear either! :(
That's the point I'm stuck, right now.

The files in IOSvMod.zip are the same that are in other app COPY_TO_SD (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/downloads/wii/16/copy_to_sd-2883/)
Post a new sysCheck so I can see what's changed?
StasisPm

The new sysCheck is exactly the same.. Nothing has changed. And I think that's normal, cause all I've done up to now as I said, is downloading from Windows and moving wads and files to SD. Which was the below part of your instructions
1. "Download ModMii6.3.1 and run ModMii.exe from Windows. Use the SU option from the main menu and find the location of the sysCheck.csv from the sysCheck which is on the root of the SD card.
That will download all missing wads and apps to COPY_TO_SD sub folder just add all files and folders to the SD card."
Next step now, as you said (and where I'm stuck)..
2. "Put the SD card back in the Wii and run Homebrew.
If you want to install all wads shown just press 1 that will list all wads you want to install press 'A' again to install them all."
So.. What I've understand is that I have to install the wads I've moved in the SD in the 1st step, using the Multi-Mod Manager, under the Homebrew Channel (I do see this choise). BUT BEFORE THIS, you suggest re-installing IOS236 using "IOS 236 Installer v5 Mod" (and that's what I can't find). This is supposed to be a seperate choice under the Homebrew Channel, isn't it?
The files in IOSvMod.zip are the same that are in other app COPY_TO_SD (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/downloads/wii/16/copy_to_sd-2883/)
By the way, none of the files included in IOSvMod.zip are in my COPY_TO_SD.
(IOS36-64-v3351.wad, and a folder containing meta.xml, boot.dol etc.)

I assure you they are the same in both files, IOS36-64-v3351.wad is on the root of the SD card this is used by IOS236 Installer v5 Mod. In SD:\apps there is boot.dol, icon.png, meta.xml and Readme.txt all with the same date and time.
