are the bulsat keys down at the moment? can't seem to get anything currently.

The bulsat key changed on the 9th so dependant on receiver just get hold of the latest softcam.key file which are upfdated almost daily.

Sim2 refers to Dreambox which DK has a dedicated section for, your question would be better answered there rather than in general satellite
