w210 ezs test on bench

Hi, I have a w210 ezs that I would like to connect to Star diagnosis on the bench, I have the connection diagram which shows pin 14 as the diag pin on the ezs, which pin to i connect it to on star diagnostic connector ? or is the diagnosis done over can like on later models ? :bounce:
